The most frequently discussed two themes in modern Islamic finance are wealth circulation and risk sharing. More often than not, they are inter-related and interwoven.
In the past, these two themes are diligently and cohesively discussed mainly by Muslim economists and a few Shariah scholars.
In this book, I have deliberately discussed these two themes but this time from jurisprudential perspective (Usul al-Fiqh or Islamic legal theory's perspective).

By the way, the book was recently published by Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) in conjunction with my role as the Chair Professor at the university a few years ago.
